Riverwood Retirement Management, Inc (RMI), was established in March 1993, specializing in a full range of management, consulting, and support services for residential, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities. Our primary and most fundamental purpose is to help create, market, and manage retirement communities for those owners and sponsors committed to providing a quality lifestyle for senior adults.
Based in Orange City, Florida RMI offers its clients the unique combination of its affiliated national property development organization and the specialized senior housing/healthcare expertise of the RMI senior management team.
RMI's principal management team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in the management of senior residential apartments, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. With experience in serving over 80 communities, RMI President Jerry Jaques and Vice President Les Barker are responsible for the leadership and coordination of RMI operations.
RMI's track record of success is recognized by major lenders, bond underwriters, and other professional financial providers. Members of RMI's executive staff have also served as consultants to both local and state regulatory agencies.
As a court appointed receiver in foreclosure proceedings, RMI has consistently improved the operations and facilitated an expeditious sale.
